Refund Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

No Return Shipping Required You do not need to ship the item back to us. Simply contact us with your order details and we'll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out with a photo of what you received. We'll make it right with a full refund or by sending the correct item.

How to Request a Refund Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 14 days of delivery, or for items damaged due to customer misuse.
